Vitaliy and Ugin did a Fantastic job! They were the drivers contracted by another company. When the movers from the other company failed to show up, the two of them unloaded the entire truck by themselves. It was a very large job that required much heavy lifting and multiple staircases. These guys are rock stars. From Grose providing an accurate estimate the same day I contacted them to get our stuff moved safely and quickly several weeks later, I was happy with every aspect of the move. Furniture was wrapped and packed exceptionally well to keep it safe and undamaged. On moving day, you’ll be given a Bill of Lading, a legally binding document that acts as both your contract and receipt, outlining the specifics of the move. Once you sign it, the team of professional movers will load your belongings onto the truck. If you opted in for packing services, a team would have arrived a few days prior to pack up all or just some of your items. Upon arrival at your new residence, the movers will unload and place your items in your new home, as each item is checked off the Bill of Lading as it is unloaded. After everything is in your home, you’ll typically conduct a final walkthrough to ensure that all items have arrived safely and are accounted for.
